Some exciting changes ahead

Hello everyone!

Based on feedback from the community as well as the overwhelming response to our new intermediate and beginner courses, we’ve decided to change up our timetable a bit from May 26th.

NEW TIMETABLE FROM MAY 26th 2016

Intermediate: 6.30-7.30pm
Running in 3 week blocks. Check out our classes page for more information.

Practice time: 7.30-7.45pm
A chance to take a breather between classes, practice the things you learnt and ask the teachers any questions.

Beginner 6 week course: 7.45-8.45pm
The biggest change to this class is that from May 26th bookings will be essential, and you need to pre-book online. This is due to the overwhelming response we have had, and the need to limit numbers so we can provide the best learning experience possible. If you are not sure that you want to commit to the full 6 weeks, we will be offering free come and try classes in between each course so you can try before you buy. The next one is on May 12th.

Practice time: 8.45pm-9.00pm

NO MORE 8.30pm TASTER CLASS

We have decided to remove this class from our timetable and switch to a free class every 6 weeks instead, since the courses have been much more popular. It also frees up some time to have a longer break between classes which should prevent us running overtime and also give you a chance for a bit of a breather. We understand having no beginner drop in classes is limiting to those who are not able to attend regularly (shift workers etc), so we are also working to bring you a weekend workshop which will essentially condense most of the 6 week course into one (big!) day. Stay tuned for those details. Update: the first “Learn To Swing Dance in a Day” workshop is now on sale!

GOT SOME FEEDBACK?

Great! We’d love to hear what you think of the changes, as we are continually striving to improve our classes and adapt to the needs of our students. Please feel free to approach us any time at classes, or you can email hello@swingoutadelaide.com
